features.cadzow_lfp_kwargs(geometry, **kwargs)

Cadzow parameters used to denoise the LFP before the CSD and BPR.

The defaults are the ibl-neuropixel LFP entry points’ (>= 1.14), which remove the CSD seams at the spatial window boundaries: Gavish-Donoho singular-value shrinkage instead of a hard rank cut, and for checkerboard layouts (NP1) the full lateral x depth grid. rank=5, niter=1, fmax=None, nswx=64, ovx=32, ppca_k=2.0 and

• NP1 (checkerboard, empty grid positions): ibldsp.cadzow.LFP_KWARGS_NP1, fill_grid=True, shrinkage=2.25
• NP2 and any layout filling its grid: ibldsp.cadzow.LFP_KWARGS_NP2, fill_grid=False, shrinkage=1.22

The shrinkage scales are calibrated for nswx=64, ovx=32.
