Download all project data (probe details + cell aggregates) from S3.

Convenience wrapper that calls download_probe_details() and download_cells_features().

Args: local_path (Path): Local root; files are placed under local_path/project/. project (str): Project name. one (one.api.ONE, optional): ONE instance for AWS credentials. overwrite (bool): Re-download files that already exist locally. large_files (bool): If True, also download the large waveform files (~8 GB). Defaults to False. acg3d (bool): If True, also download the 3D ACG files (~3.5 GB). Defaults to False. label (str): Cells aggregates release version, a year_Www folder.

Returns: Path: local_path/project directory.
